CARE Zimbabwe is searching for a passionate and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team based in Harare, Zimbabwe, reporting directly to the Country Director.

In this role you will be a:
• Strategy Architect: Develop and implement a people-centric, People & Culture strategy,
aligning it with our ambitious goals.
• Talent Magnet: Attract, retain, and develop top talent, building a team that’s
unstoppable.
• Employee Experience Champion: Become the champion for employee well-being,
fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Change Navigator: Navigate transformation with a smile, keeping our people informed,
motivated, and on board.
• Trusted Advisor & Business Partner: Partner with leadership and staff, becoming the go- to person for all things people-related.
We are looking for someone who:
• Brings the experience: proven track record in People & Culture practice. (5+ years).
• Thinks strategically: can translate vision into action and make data-driven decisions that get results.
• Inspires and motivates: has a magnetic personality that attracts top talent and builds
high-performing teams.
• Embraces change: thrives in dynamic environments, seeing change as an opportunity to grow and improve.
• Shares our vision: gets excited about making a difference in Zimbabwe & the world.
• Is Tech-Savvy: comfortable using technology and understands its potential to enhance
HR processes and employee experience.
