Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and rental rates.
- List and promote properties for sale.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Manage property viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Provide advice on property investment opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow estate agents and other industry professionals.
- Keep up to date with real estate regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attending industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A qualification in real estate and/or sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in real estate or as a salesperson will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Own a reliable vehicle, laptop and smart phone.
