Job Description
Radical Systems is seeking a motivated individual with an Accounting and ICT background to join our Professional Services Department as an intern, with the aim of developing into a Computerised Accounting Software Consultant.
Applicants must have at least one year of previous working experience before commencing their current studies and be comfortable working in a predominantly male team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Train and provide support to clients.
• Install and configure Catvision Integrated System, Sage Pastel, and Sage Evolution.
• Assist with computer networking and troubleshooting.
• Prepare system documentation.
• Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Experience
• Studying towards a degree combining Accounting and ICT, or have A-Level Accounting and be currently studying ICT.
• At least one year of previous working experience.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and interact with clients.
