We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing invoices and assisting with general finance administration
Recording daily financial transactions
Processing invoices, receipts and payments
Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
Performing bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
Preparing financial reports and summaries
Capturing data into accounting software Quickbooks
Following up on outstanding payments
Assisting during audits and month end processes
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 2 years experience in a similar role is an added advantage
Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
