• Processing sale agreements.
• Receiving and attending to walk in clients.
• Assist with general office Administration.
• Carrying out sales and marketing activities to walk in clients
• Receipting payments and ensuring safekeeping of the cash.
• Assist with site security & maintenance.
• Typing documents.
• Preparing reports and record keeping.
• A Diploma or certificate in Business or Enterprise Management, Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Real Estate and /or Land Development.
• Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team working, interpersonal, communication, & leadership skills.
• Great attention to detail, problem solver, maturity &diplomacy in handling people.
• A clean class 4 drivers licence
