Assistant Administration Manager – Housing Project
Duties and Responsibilities
o Formulate and administer contracts with architects, Consulting Engineers and Contractors
o Engage with local authorities and quasi government institutions on all statutory and administrative issues to ensure compliance
o Engage contractors, formulate agreements, develop and monitor control systems
o Advise on the legal requirements and procedures applicable to various buildings/facilities/local authorities
o Provide legal expertise and oversight on contractors and follow through contract specifications.
o Act as a company representative on all legal issues related to the housing project
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 years proven experience in the administration of housing projects
• Legal background on contract formulation and implementation
• Possesses a clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Must be proficient in project administration with a bias on monitoring Contractors and handling related legal issues
