Job Description

Suitably, qualified, experienced and motivated external candidates are invited to apply for the following vacant post that has arisen

Duties and Responsibilities

• Compiles reports for packaging
• Compiles daily/weekly production reports and submits to Production Supervisor
• Reconciles and accounts for stocks
• Consolidates and inputs production
• Coordinates work schedules.
• Maintains office supplies.
• Monitors re- order level for both packaging and raw materials.
• Controls quality on raw materials and finished products.
• Adheres to and ensures adherence to safety, health and environment regulations and standard procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant clerical experience
• 5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
• A Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Experience with using relevant computer software e.g., Microsoft Office Packages
• Personality: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of general Safety, Health and Environment standards an added advantage
