Assistant Engineer/Foreman, Civil Construction – Housing
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
o Development and construction of internal road links, sewer and drainage systems
o Administer/supervise the construction of upmarket houses, flats and apartments for a housing project and the renovation of existing infrastructure
o Undertake construction audits on quality and project timelines
o Implement plans, formulate and control capital budgets with efficient resource management
o Undertake civil, structural and geotechnical designs
o Work with relevant statutory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
• Must be a holder of a Civil Engineering Degree
• Proven experience in residential housing projects and upmarket apartments construction, steel structures and commercial units
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Auto-CAD
• 5 years post qualification experience in civil and building works
