Job Description
we are looking for a young vibrant man {20-23}to work as an assistant stock controller and will assist in the receiving of stocks as well and inventory . He should be a pro active team player who is result orientated and requires little or no supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
checking stock levels regularly
completing the required paper work when ordering stock
updating stock information on the computer system
comparing item received against items ordered
implementing and improving processes and procedures
compiling daily reports and addressing inventory dependencies
maintaining records of pricing , purchase and other relevant information
performing random checks and audits
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or relevant qualification
Thorough attention to detail
organisation and time management skills
ability to perform well under pressure
familiarity with inventory management systems
ability to work well with other team members active listening skills
interpersonal skills
