The attaché will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Carry out Microsoft Office, Word Processing and other computer operations to produce
timely information and data for management.
• Create and maintain manual and electronic filing systems, both electronic and physical
for future use and reference
• Schedule and organize appointments and
meetings as requested.
• Record and transcribe reports and minutes
as may be requested.
• Receive, screen and analyze correspondence, reports and forward to relevant action
officers; maintaining a tracking system for follow-up to ensure replies are timely or
action is taken within established guidelines.
• Deal discreetly with confidential information.
• Interact with internal and/or external customers to provide information, assist in solving
problems and answer questions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Students studying towards a degree/diploma in Banking and Finance, or any related degree program.
