We are looking for a self-motivated , innovative and coachable student to join our programmes teams for a period of 1 Year.
SEED's focus is empowerment rather than aid, with the aim of long-term community sustainability & resilience.In this role you will assist the Programme Manage to fulfill SEED Mission which is to: Facilitate holistic community development in the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of Murewa, empowering them to be better able to reach their full potential, to identify and help meet their needs, and to participate more fully in society.
• To assist the organisation in the attainment of its objectives
• To initiate your own work in line with the objectives worked together with your Line Manager
• To undertake all tasks assigned by your Line Manager professionally, efficiently, to the best of your ability, and with a positive attitude.
• To carefully document all work, including process, results, lessons learned.
• To provide proficient administration for your own work, and to contribute towards the administration of SEED generally.
• To participate in raising support (funds, gifts in kind, labour) for the work of SEED
-Students studying a social science degree such as psychology, social work, developement studies and other related programmes
