Branch Manager
Compulink Systems (Private) Limited a privately owned, information communication technology company headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe is looking to add to their professional team.
ROLE
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and driving the performance of Compulink's retail branch operations.
The incumbent ensures daily sales and profitability targets are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and branch staff are motivated to deliver service excellence. This role is critical in translating Compulink's corporate vision into branch-level execution and ensuring operational efficiency.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and gross profit targets.
Supervise staff, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory, coordinate procurement, and minimize stock variances.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Prepare and submit performance reports to the Operations Retail Manager.
Implement ERP systems and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Train and mentor staff in product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
Maintain accurate operational and compliance documentation.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reporting to the Operation Retail Manager
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
Professional certifications in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) are an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
.3-5years of proven experience in branch management, preferably in ICT or technology-driven sectors.
•Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
