Position: Business Administrator

Xtreme Volt Solutions, a leader in solar energy solutions, is seeking a Business Administrator to strengthen our tender competitiveness, procurement governance, and operational excellence.
This strategic role supports the organisation’s readiness for tenders, audits, and project execution. It is ideal for a high-integrity professional with strong administrative, procurement, and compliance capabilities.
• Coordinate tender preparation, compliance checks, and submission packaging.
• Maintain a Tender Readiness File and track tender opportunities.
• Support procurement processes, RFQs, and bid analysis.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and enforce internal controls.
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the MD and EXCO.
• Manage customer enquiries and ensure professional stakeholder engagement.
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in administration, procurement, or tender support.
• Strong document management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in solar/engineering environments is an added advantage.
