Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our banking operations by leveraging data-driven insights to improve processes, products, and overall customer experience. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, relationship managers, compliance teams, and IT, to identify business needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the corporate banking segment.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and client behaviors.
Identify areas for improvement in current business processes and workflows.
Facilitate process mapping sessions and document existing and new processes to ensure clarity and efficien cy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects and enhan cements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to keep them informed of project status and changes.
Ensure that any proposed solutions are compliant with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Identify potential risks in business processes and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to support the development of new corporate banking products and services.

Qualifications and Experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, ICT or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a Retail or Corporate environment or in an ICT role, dealing with CIB or Retail processes and systems.
• Proven track record in requirement elicitation, process mapping, and data analysis.
