Job Description
StartupBiz Zimbabwe is looking for Business Consultants. Location: Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Register companies and handle related secretarial tasks such as change of directors and annual returns
* Obtain tax clearance certificates and handle other ZIMRA-related requirements on behalf of clients
* File tax returns and manage ongoing tax compliance for clients
* Write business plans and other business documents for clients
Qualifications and Experience
* A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Knowledge of company registration procedures and filing ZIMRA tax returns an added advantage
