energetic and tech-savvy Business Operations Officer to join our Team. This is an exceptional opportunity

The Job:
To provide high-level support to the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Committee (ExCo) by ensuring
seamless execution of strategic initiatives, project oversight, and operational efficiency. This role is a
critical bridge between strategic planning and operational delivery, enabling the MD and ExCo to stay
focused on business growth and strategic impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Business Insights
• Support the MD and ExCo in tracking strategic goals and key milestones.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and briefing packs for stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance, flag critical issues, and drive timely action.
2. Executive Coordination & Project Oversight
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Provide consolidated progress updates and support ExCo meeting preparation.
• Manage follow-up actions from meetings, retreats, and strategic sessions.
3. Operational Excellence & Efficiency
• Lead initiatives to streamline internal processes for better productivity.
• Support executive workflow through efficient system management.
• Assist the MD in managing stakeholder relations and critical communications.
4. Governance Support & Meeting Management
• Coordinate ExCo, Board, and Committee meetings, including logistics, minutes, and follow-up.
• Ensure timely preparation of board packs in collaboration with the Company Secretary.
• Plan and coordinate business events with the Marketing team.
5. Administrative & Logistical Oversight
• Manage travel, calendars, expenses, and office resources for the MD and ExCo.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all communications.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field. We also
welcome candidates with diverse academic backgrounds who have demonstrated strong analytical,
strategic, and operational skills. This includes degrees in areas that foster a deep understanding of
business dynamics and strategic thinking.
• 2-4 years in corporate or strategic support, ideally in Financial Services or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record in executive reporting, project management, and strategy execution.
