REQUIREMENTS
Job Related
• Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• O' Level passes including English and Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, administration, or service coordination role.
• Experience in handling customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Experience in a technical service, repairs, or after-sales support environment will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to follow up proactively and drive issues to closure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
