CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Harare
Duties and Responsibilities
Areas of Responsibility.
• Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of TWT’S existing product suite and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
• Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and confirmations are handled appropriately.
• Sell products/services and sales opportunities.
• Build customer relations.
• Administer reports/documents.
• Plan and schedule work.
Qualifications and Experience
Skills/Behaviour Required:
• Excellent Selling skills.
• Ability to Handle customers.
• Excellent Telephone skills.
• High Attention to detail.
