We are a Zimbabwe-based consulting firm dedicated to driving sustainable development
by leveraging homegrown expertise. We believe that Africa’s most pressing challenges are
best solved by skilled, local professionals who understand the context and are committed
to making a difference.
We are currently building a database of experienced individual consultants to collaborate
with us on a range of assignments for NGOs, Multilateral Institutions, and public and
private sector clients. Assignments vary in scope and duration—from short-term projects
to long-term contracts—and may require remote or field-based engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
• A postgraduate degree in your area of expertise
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage projects and deliver quality outputs on time
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently or in teams
