Job Description

Human Impact Hub invites reputable, eligible, and fully licensed companies to apply for inclusion in our Approved Suppliers List for the provision of Medical Equipment, Medical Supplies, and Pharmaceuticals in support of ongoing and upcoming health programmes across Zimbabwe.

This registration is aimed at establishing a pool of pre-qualified suppliers who meet our technical, financial, and regulatory standards and can be engaged for procurement opportunities on an as-needed basis.

Categories for Registration

Interested and eligible companies are invited to submit applications for consideration under the specified categories. Suppliers may apply for one or multiple categories based on their product range and capacity. All submissions must clearly indicate the category or categories for which registration is sought.

Medical Equipment
Diagnostic devices
Clinical furniture
Laboratory equipment
Imaging equipment (basic and portable)
Medical Consumables & Supplies
PPE (gloves, masks, gowns)
Dressings, syringes, cannulas, bandages
Infection prevention and control materials
Maternal, neonatal, and child health supplies
Pharmaceuticals
Essential medicines
Chronic disease medicines (NCDs)
Emergency and lifesaving drugs
Vaccines and cold-chain products (where licensed)

Qualifications and Experience

Supplier Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for consideration, prospective suppliers must meet the minimum eligibility criteria outlined below. These requirements ensure that all registered suppliers demonstrate legal compliance, financial reliability, and the capacity to deliver quality products and services. Applicants are therefore expected to provide complete and verifiable documentation as part of the evaluation process.

Company profile detailing ownership, operations, and areas of specialisation
Valid business registration documents
Current PRAZ registration (where applicable)
Pharmaceutical licence(s) from MCAZ for all pharmaceutical suppliers
Tax clearance certificate
Evidence of previous supply experience (minimum three references preferred)
Product catalogues and technical specifications
Proof of after-sales support and warranties (for equipment suppliers)
