Job Description
Current and prospective suppliers are invited to participate in AIDS Counselling Trust’s
(ACT) annual supplier vetting and selection process. Prospective vendors satisfying the
predetermined vetting and selection criteria shall form part of our approved and preferred list
for the year 2024.
Duties and Responsibilities
The list of services required covers the following; Provision of Groceries; Taxi/vehicle
hire; Office Stationery; Promotional materials (T/shirts, banners, staff Ids, business cards and
sign posts); printing and photocopying services; supply of materials for reusable sanitary
pads; Supply of computer spares, computer consumables and all ICT related equipment;
Supply and repairs of office furniture; ICT services (Website management, Networking,
Software and Hardware repairs); Electrical supplies and repairs; Sanitary services; building
Repairs and Maintenance; Repairs and Maintenance vehicles; Plumbing; travel
accommodation and conferencing; Borehole and water pump repair services.
Qualifications and Experience
Interested companies should meet the following requirements and provide
certified copies of; CR14, Certificate of incorporation, Current tax clearance certificate,
Company profile detailing: physical location and contact details; product or service list at
least 3 reputable and verifiable references, Payment terms, Nostro Banking details
