Job Description

We are looking for someone who will analyze and provide information about financial records, with focus areas including financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance, business recovery, and insolvency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing business plans to help executives start new ventures or expand existing ones
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding financial reporting
Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using
operational metrics and reports
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant
business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Assist the executives with tasks such as scheduling, reviewing, prioritizing and
responding to emails, organizing documents, maintaining records, taking notes at
meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executives perform their
work
Perform any other duty as assigned by the CEO/Chairman

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (Master’s an added advantage)
ITC/CA certification required
2+ years’ experience
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
In-depth tax knowledge
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
