Job Description
Responsible for planning meals, procurement of the kitchen ingredients and monitoring all kitchen staff
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.
Develop and plan menus and daily meals.
Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
Manage food costing and inventory.
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensure compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Culinary arts qualification
At least three years proven work experience in a similar role
