Job Description
Our client is a key player in the medical industry and is recruiting for the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO) in Harare;
Duties and Responsibilities
-Reporting to the Board and responsible for day-to-day business operations.
-Support in the execution of the vision, plans, and directives.
-Lead business development, marketing, and customer service.
-Develop the company’s systems and processes for superior performance.
-Manage the supply chain of the business.
-Manage the key stakeholders and oversee quality and regulatory affairs.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
-An MBA will be an added advantage.
-7-10 years post qualification experience, 3 years at management level.
-Proven experience in leading a broad set of company operations.
-Understanding all business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
-Working knowledge of IT/Business Infrastructure.
-Critical thinking and excellent analytical skills.
