Pay: USD to be negotiated ABOUT CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER’S ROLE As the CTO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the technology strategy that drives this business forward. You will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for innovation, analyse market trends, and ensure that their technology is aligned with the core business objectives. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Developing and executing the technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Managing a growing team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensuring that our technology Hardware & Software is scalable, secure, and reliable.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and driving technology initiatives that support our growth.
Qualifications and Experience
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Educated to master’s degree / MBA level within a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) field. Ability to understand IT Hardware and Software.
Experience in senior leadership roles within a scaling technology business.
6+ years of senior leadership experience across IT Systems Management, Hardware management, Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, Database Administration and/or Network Administration.
Strong experience in developing and implementing technology strategies.
Knowledge of best practices within Hardware & Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Security/SecOps and Data and Analytics.
Experience working in Telecommunication industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Degree and Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
Clean class 2 or 4 driver’s license ONLY
Aged below 40 Years
