Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill in the above position. The Coffee Shop Supervisor to oversee operations at our busy food outlet.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily coffee shop operations and ensure smooth service
• Maintain product and service quality standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff
• Handle cash, stock, and daily reports accurately
• Promote sales and ensure excellent customer experiences
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reputable restaurant or coffee shop (with traceable references)
• At least National Diploma in Hotel & Catering, Hospitality, or related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High grooming and presentation standards
• Strong cash handling, reconciliation, and stock control abilities
• Proven ability in staff supervision and shift scheduling
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Aged below 35 years
