Job Description
Applications are invited to fill the above position which has arisen within the company. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Presenting and selling company products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Crafting strategies for account retention, growth, and new business in Key Accounts to meet established KPIs.
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
• Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the contacts to be made.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Close interaction with the technical team and other Account Executives, to gather, monitor and analyse performance data and ongoing strategy on a weekly basis throughout the month.
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, quickly escalating any problems that may arise.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to management.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• First degree in Marketing Management/ Business or any Commercial degree and/or Telecoms/IT Qualification.
• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications are an added advantage.
• Postgraduate or MBA is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years working experience.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work in small team, self-motivated, determined to succeed
