Job Description


Reporting to the Head – Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), the CIB Relationship Manager will be responsible for building sound banking relationships with Corporate clients and Institutional clients to enhance the Society’s profitability through marketing, maintaining, and prospecting for new business and expanding the existing business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities


•Acquiring and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients in order to contribute towards the achievement of the overall Bank strategy
•Expanding and managing all aspects of the corporate client relationships both existing and new through effective communication and a thorough understanding of their needs.
•Generating new business leads for the Society
•Profiling and growing deposits from corporate clients
•Developing and executing sales plans to drive sales and growth
•Increasing brand awareness and customer retention through efficient service delivery
•Developing consolidated industry specific banking solutions that increase sales, customer satisfaction and ensure seamless delivery to customers
•Maintaining confidentiality regarding personal information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure.

Qualifications and Experience


•A relevant Commercial Degree is required.
•Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
•At least 3 years of relevant experience.
•Excellent analytical, research, creative, and problem solving
•Strong time management and organisational abilities
•Strong networking and persuasion skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Publisher, Access), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
