Job Description

Our client a leading Motor Industry is looking for a Counter Salesman – Parts to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to be able to do receipting and invoicing. Reporting out of stock items. Solving minor customer queries. Daily updating of customer database. Communicating with clients. Reporting on daily and weekly sales. Working under minimum supervision. Responsibilities: It shall be the duty of the counter sales rep to make sure that he or she has provided a world class customer service by greeting and maintaining eye conduct, engage in dialogue with clients and being professional. Receipting and invoicing shall be the duty of the counter sales rep. The sales rep shall also update customer database on daily bases. He or she must be able on a fast pace under minimum supervision. Qualifications And Experience: The person must be a holder of a degree or diploma in marketing. Minimum of 4years working experience as a counters sales rep shall be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

The person must be able to solve minor customer queries and escalate queries that are beyond his or her capabilities to the supervisor.

Qualifications And Experience: The person must be a holder of a degree or diploma in marketing. Minimum of 4years working experience as a counters sales rep shall be an added advantage.
