Job Description

Coordinating activities and managing creative staff on all tasks at hand

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Managing Graphic Designers, Social Media Officers and Photographers
2. Ensuring Creative Staff are delivering required work on set timelines
3. Supervising the creation of Content for websites and social media sites
4. Managing customer loyalty programmes and promotions
5. Coordinating events and offering necessary support in the department
6. Attending to customer feedback, queries, and complaints
7. Managing Media bookings and schedules
8. Customer Relations

Qualifications and Experience

* Degree or Diploma in Graphics / Creatives / Marketing/ Relevant Field
* Diploma or Certificate in Digital Marketing
* 5 years Industry relevant graphic/web designing experience at Supervisory level
* Fully competent in InDesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw and Illustrator
* Innovative and demonstrating creative flair in a fast paced environment
