Duties and Responsibilities
Specification
•Presents the Organization’s products and services to vendors and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, superior understanding and delivery of customer needs;
•Performs subscriber activations, reconnections, disconnections, deactivations, rate plan activations and deactivations of Value Added Services (VAS) including SIM replacements;
•Communicates effectively with all departments by updating them regularly on sales and customer care issues;
•Acknowledges and appropriately greet and attend to every customer by processing their requests in a courteous, efficient and satisfactory manner;
•Compiles, captures and maintains all required paperwork, records, documents and hence organize workflow to meet customer deadlines;
•Complies with set systems and procedures outlined in the company manual and participates as a key team player by supporting needed operations;
•Creates new subscriber accounts, manage telephone calls professionally;
•Configures customer devices, query resolution, provides key information to customers;
•Collects market intelligence and provides support to marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent;
•One to three years relevant working experience.
COMPETENCIES
•Good communications skills and ability to work under pressure;
•Ability to meet deadlines;
•Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
