Job Description

The position works closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement customer experience and events and strategies for new & existing brands as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Tracking online and offline customer experiences channels, devices, and touch points.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner via phone, email, social media or chat applications.
• Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable customer service standards.
• Create, maintain and update the Customer Service Centre and Group Customer Database
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations.
• Produce detailed proposals for events including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets.
• Manage all events operations in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales team

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management or any related field.
• At least two years' experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or a similar Customer
Support role.
• Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CX and CRM software’s.
