Job Description

Applications are invited for the above position that is vacant in our Finance & Administration Department at Standards Association of Zimbabwe. The incumbent will be responsible for Debtor’s Administration that include collection of outstanding debts, application of the debtor’s management policy, assisting in preparing budget and should possess excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to prepare detailed monthly debtors reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Collection of all outstanding amounts from SAZ clients
 Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation statements and debtors age analysis
 Manage relationship with clients and collection agencies
 Implement the debtor’s management policy
 Prepare monthly debtors reports
 Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions

Qualifications and Experience

 A Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
 At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
 Computer literacy and proficient in SAP accounting modules and credit management will be an added advantage.
