Job Description

Cimas wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Digital Communications & PR Specialist that has arisen within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description
Participates in the development of Digital & PR Campaigns and media relations strategies
Balances the needs of the clients and stakeholders with the strategy of CIMAS by developing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers and other entities through effective communication
Engages with the relevant Digital & PR Agencies Team to advance the implementation of internal, member and stakeholder Digital & PR objectives
Supports and services corporate social requirements in liaison with the entire Group Marketing team
Administers the production and distribution of all organization online and offline publications, upholding set editorial direction and design
Drafts communication elements and submits to the Group Marketing Manager
Participates in the coordination of media interest in the organization and ensures regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
Seeks opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Participates and contributes towards the re-designing and communication of the CIMAS brand identity, ensuring upholding of logo specifications, designated colour palettes and visual examples of application and chosen fonts etc
Ensures articulation of CIMAS desired image and position, assures consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external
Uploads approved content on CIMAS’ digital platforms i.e., websites & social media platforms
Monitors the CIMAS websites in line with the Health Group’s branding standards
Monitors CIMAS online brand reputation by setting up online tracking systems and escalates issues to the Manager
Interprets feedback from market research and applies corrective measures on any Digital & PR blunders picked

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate Requirements
Should possess a Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Should possess Digital Marketing, Creative Design, Public Relations, Journalism, Branding, Sales, and other related experience spanning over a period of at least 2-4 years
Should be able to give clear verbal and written communication and have the capability to produce accurate reports
Must be able to plan and organise in line with job requirements and have an ability to solve work related problems to achieve the correct outcomes
