1. FASHION DESIGNER
Job Summary:
The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing new garment collections that align with brand identity, market trends, and customer needs.

The Experienced Tailor will be responsible for cutting, sewing, alterations, and finishing of garments to the highest quality standards. Must be skilled and accurate in garment construction

Duties and Responsibilities
Designer research on
fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles to create original designs for menswear, womenswear, and/or uniforms
• Pattern Making & Tech Packs: Draft patterns, create tech packs, and develop samples from concept to final garment
• Fabric Sourcing: Source appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials. Liaise with suppliers
• Fitting & Quality Control: Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and ensure final products meet quality and brand standards
• Production Liaison: Work closely with tailors and machine operators to ensure designs are production-ready
Tailors
• Cutting: Accurately cut fabric according to patterns and markers to minimize waste
• Sewing & Construction: Sew garments using industrial machines. Follow tech packs and design specs
• Alterations: Perform alterations and adjustments for perfect fit
• Finishing: Iron, trim threads, attach buttons/zips, and do final quality checks
• Machine Operation: Operate industrial sewing machines safely and maintain them
• Production Targets: Meet daily/weekly production targets while maintaining quality
• Teamwork: Work with Designers and Machine Operators to ensure smooth production flow
• Quality Control: Identify defects and ensure garments meet company standards before dispatch
Qualifications and Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• Portfolio/ samples of previous work
• Minimum 2 years experience in a busy production environment
• Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
• Must be reliable and team-oriented
