REGULATORY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
JOB TITLE: Education Committee Administration Assistant reporting to the Regulatory Services Manager
• Filling and documentation; develops and maintain a transparent and easy-to-access
online filling system for education documents
• Facilitate and pre-accredit cpd activities
• Develops a database of pre-approved CPD activities
• Ensures that online cpd platform is accessible and recommends modern data
management approaches
• Ensures a seamless CPD verification system
• Schedule meetings and travel visits to institutions of training
• Facilitates gazetting of regulations and any other document deemed necessary
• Follow up on education committee meetings matters arising and give feedback and file
all signed education committee minutes
• Facilitates training of internship supervisors
• Facilitates annual review of internship instruments
• Establish and maintain a database of internship supervisors
• Follows up on internship reports
• Secretary to all Education committees
• Any other duties as assigned by the Regulatory Services Manager
• Public Administration / Business Administration related degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Excellent customer service skills, agility, innovativeness and proactiveness required
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Good listening skills
• Great attention to detail, Excellent Communication internal and external
