Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Zimbabwe (Harare & Project Sites)

We are an international renewable energy company with a strong presence in Zimbabwe, specializing in Project Design, Energy Storage Manufacturing (Residential, C&I, Utility-Scale), EPC, and Investment. Having successfully delivered multiple C&I solar and storage projects locally, we are now expanding our focus on C&I clients and mine microgrids, providing reliable power solutions to critical industries.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Handle electrical design, drawing review, and optimization for PV and BESS projects.
· Manage on-site electrical work, supervise equipment installation, testing, and grid connection.
· Coordinate local construction teams and resolve technical issues on site.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, and ZESA to ensure smooth communication.
· Maintain technical documents and complete as-built records.
Qualifications and Experience
【Job Requirements】
· Education: Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related fields.
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar PV or Energy Storage; C&I or mine microgrid experience preferred.
· Driver"s License: Valid Class 4 (Manual) license, capable of driving a pickup on rough terrain.
· Technical Skills: Able to complete electrical drawings independently, familiar with key PV and BESS equipment, hands-on installation supervision and troubleshooting abilities.
· Language: Basic English communication for daily interaction with local teams and clients.
· Personal Attributes: Responsible, adaptable to remote site conditions, strong execution and coordination skills.
