Job Description
We are currently restructuring and we need someone who will start off working solo, doing all the roles required to make the company exist. Upon successfully achieving that, the person must be able to then write up all the job descriptions and systems of the business whilst still running the business themselves. There after to recruit, train and on board a staff compliment of 5 to offload all their functions onto. They then must be able to take the helm and start to grown the business through strategic networking. deal making and aggressive tactics. The successful candidate will be offered a salary and a commission and a % shares in the business. The position is for a confident and competent individual with a track record of high action and a capacity to create success in all things.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Effectively selling and administering from day one
2. Learning quickly and achieving results without excuse and despite barriers
3..Producing all the results required for the business to run
4. Recruiting, on boarding and managing a small permanent staff
5. Studying and learning business technology
6. Creating, writing and Implementing job descriptions, policy and systems in the business and maintaining those systems
7. Creating strategies and tactics to move the business forward
8. Unfailingly meeting revenue and income targets every week
9. Managing the whole Organisation
10. An ability to start immediately
11. Able to close a sale from the first day on duty
Qualifications and Experience
Very high energy
A degree, diploma or self education relevant to the position
At least 2 years working experience in business
Well read on business books and websites
Extremely networked (for marketing and problem solving purposes)
Able to use digital technology and online software
Familiar with accounting principles and company compliance issues
Computer literate
Drivers license
