Job Type: Full-time (including evenings and weekends as required by Events schedule)

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and passionate Events & Venue Manager to lead our diverse and growing operations and drive our success.

The Role
As the Events & Venue Manager, the incumbent will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of all events and the day-to-day management of the venue. They will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every guest—whether a corporate client in a boardroom, a family at a birthday party, or an adrenaline-seeker on the water—receives an exceptional, safe, and memorable experience. They will balance the logistical demands of a busy events calendar with the strategic oversight of our facilities and staff.

Qualifications and Experience

8. Essential Qualifications & Experience
8.1 Proven experience (3+ years) in venue management, events management, or hospitality management.
8.2 A Higher National Diploma or Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Events Management
8.3 Demonstrable experience in managing food and beverage operations.
8.4 A strong track record of selling and delivering corporate events and conferences.
8.5 Experience managing multi-faceted operations (leisure, catering, and events).
8.6 Proficiency in MS Office and event management and/or point of sale software.
