EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (RISK, M&E SPECIALIST)
We are looking for highly qualified and competent candidate for the position of Executive Assistant (Risk, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist), a C-Suite Assistant role.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for providing high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, while simultaneously supporting the implementation of the organisation's Risk Management Framework and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) processes.
Key Job Functions:
Provide and oversee administrative support, calendar management, logistics, data and information management, office and communication management, financial tasks, project and staff support, stakeholder services, and project support to the CEO's office
Research & prepare regular reports and dashboards for the CEO to support corporate reporting and decision making to drive the effective implementation of key strategic initiatives.
• Coordinating with organisational functional heads, conducting risk assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities,
developing and
implement risk
management policies and protocols. Maintain support implementation of the risk management framework and policies.
Developing and implementing organisational monitoring and evaluation tools, indicators, and frameworks aligned with the company's strategic plan, identifying areas for improvement using data analytics and various evaluation methodologies
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective measures to improve project and operational performance.
• Assist Research and Development processes towards the innovation and improvement of products and processes, providing leadership with actionable insights to make well-informed innovation decisions.

Requirements of the Job:
The successful candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:
• A Bachelor's degree in any of these areas, Finance, Business Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, Risk Management, ICT, Data Analytics, Economics, Operations Research, Economics.
Masters or Postgraduate qualification or certification in a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in demonstrable experience in strategic monitoring and evaluation, risk management, performance monitoring data analytics, compliance, and stakeholder management in a related corporate setting
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, proactively identify issues, make sound decisions, and find effective solutions is highly valued. In addition, flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and new challenges in Executive environments is a must.
Exceptional report-writing, quantitative and data analytical abilities to interpret complex data, including strong organizational and communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
