Job Description
The Fabric Hand Cutter is responsible for cutting various fabric types according to ticket, and accurately labeling and stacking cut pieces. Must maintain a clean and organized work area
Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to read and interpret production instructions.
Must have the knowledge of matching florals, plaids, and stripes.
Ability to determine cutting procedures for various types of fabrics.
Ability to measure repeats of fabric and determine cutting direction.
Ability to accurately label cut pieces and bundle.
Ability to follow the stacking document.
Maximizes fabric efficiently.
Must have an awareness of fabric defects.
Qualifications and Experience
Must be a team player
Communication proficiency
Time management skill
Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in related field
