A Well-established company in the Tyre Industry is looking for a FACTORY SUPERVISOR.
LOCATION: HARARE
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities
Summary of Duties:
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in rubber Technology or any technical degree.
• Evidence of relevant Tyre Management training is required.
Experience:
• High excel proficiency is a must.
• Extensive Knowledge of the tyre industry and retreading requirements and techniques.
