FINANCE MANAGER VACANCY
A fast-growing construction company is looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, costing and reporting for all construction projects.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Degree in BCom Accounting / Finance, masters will be an added advantage.
2. Certificates in ACCA / CIMA.
3. Minimum of five years experience in construction or project finance.
4. Skills in project costing and budgeting.
5. Knowledge in financial / cost control, risk analysis and reporting.
6. Knowledge of construction contracts: FIDIC, NEC, JCT.
7. Experience with systems like Pastel, ERP or QuickBooks.
