JOB VACANCY: FITMENT CENTRE MECHANICS
Position: Fitment Centre Mechanics
Location: Marondera, Zimbabwe
We are looking for skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Mechanics to join our team at our Fitment Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform battery testing, installation, and replacement.
• Suspension checks and diagnostics.
• Fit tyres and carry out wheel balancing and related fitment services, where applicable.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow all workshop health and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• Relevant qualifications or training in Motor Mechanics or Automotive Engineering.
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of automotive batteries, tyres, and vehicle electrical systems will be an added advantage.
• Must be aged between 25 and 45 years
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
