Job Description

The Group wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified & experienced individuals to fill the Fitness Coach - (iGo)

Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies target Cimas and non-Cimas members in a bid to educate them on the eight dimensions of wellness with special focus on physical wellness.

Identifies and researches on physical fitness related issues from individual and group risk profile reports.

Conducts fitness assessments on individuals at the Wellness Hub or similar.

Develops and designs personalised workout programs, cognisant of any health risks, and carries out follow ups bases on initial recommendations.

Analyses the efficacy of the developed program and makes amendments if necessary.

Delivers group educational sessions on fitness at wellness days and wellness events.

Creates informative fitness content and health tips for the Head iGo’s approval.

Assists in identifying corporates that are either Cimas or non-Cimas members, for wellness days and uptake of monthly contracts.

Meets tasks and targets set by Head iGo, consolidates them into individual plans, meetings and gives feedback.

Attends Wellness days and conducts wellness presentations, coaching sessions, health risk assessments and ensures a clear evaluation report, post event, is received.

Examines and records vital signs like weight, height, body mass index, blood pressure, pulse rate, blood sugar accurately for Health Risk Assessments and risk profiling for individuals (according to the relevant training received).

Provides feedback reports on Health Assessments and offers interventions to address health and fitness issues identified to improve wellbeing.

Identifies and engages qualified fitness instructors to offer coaching instructions for iGo free fitness classes countrywide and manages these relationships and the operation of these classes.

Facilitates the organisation of iGo events for education, fitness events, workshops, and drafts the relevant annual calendar.

Organises refresher workshops for fitness instructors to ensure updated training methods and skills are imparted.

Prospects and identifies strategic partners in the fitness industry with opportunities for growth and collaborates with Business Development Manager.

Monitors the stock management and control required for the necessary items like consumables, medical and fitness equipment for health and fitness assessments.

Contributes ideas for future iGo operational plans.
