Job Description

An established organization in the Dairy industry is seeking a Fleet Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in a fleet management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring company systems and policies are always followed. To communicate efficiently with drivers and assistants when relaying delivery instructions. To communicate politely and efficiently with sales reps when delays are experienced at retail outlets. Daily monitoring of driver routes and drop off points. Alerting management of all and any driver infringements that happen on a daily / weekly basis. Ensuring drivers and assistants meet their daily delivery quoters and targets. Liaise with relevant Sales Reps/customer if stock is unavailable and suggest alternative. Collection of weekly fleet workshop and inspection sheets. Work with external vendors, including mechanics. Issuing and reconciliation of weekly fuel. Maintain a database of truck and driver information. Assist with process of routing and driver improvement both locally and for export trips. Ensure all trucks licenses and certificates are up to date and renewed when required. Assisting with stock takes. Good communication/interpersonal skills. Time-management and organizational skills. Computer proficiency. Mathematical skills. Administration skills. Attention to Detail . Any other duties assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS: A Levels including English Language. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred. A generous salary package will be offered to the right candidate.
