Reporting to: Manager, Gender, Inclusivity and Wellness
Summary of Duties: Develop gender-sensitive policies and programmes; conduct awareness campaigns on gender equality; coordinate wellness initiatives and health programmes; organise training and workshops; collaborate with stakeholders on gender and wellness issues; and any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Attributes: Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, Psychology or related field; experience in gender advocacy or wellness programmes; excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
