Job Description
Responsible for upkeep of the office premises, conducting daily yard cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily yard cleaning and garden maintenance.
Ensure all minor maintenance tasks are completed within the building and surroundings Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries.
Ensure all outside security lights are functional, fire signage and equipment is legally compliant and monitored and recorded.
Maintanance of garden equipment and tools.
Report any need for repairs of larger equipment used in maintaning the yard as well as the garden.
Qualifications and Experience
Incumbent must have 5 ordinary levels including English.
Previous experience is an added advantage in a similar post
A clean driver's licence a great advantage.
