The purpose of the job is to maintain cleanliness, order, and efficient service in all office and canteen areas while supporting inventory, reporting, and meal preparation duties.
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, toilets, staircases, glass surfaces, and canteen areas.
• Canteen support services, including meal preparation, serving staff, and maintaining hygiene standards before and after meals.
• Inventory and equipment management, such as stock-taking, reporting breakages, and ensuring availability of utensils and cleaning supplies.
• Administrative assistance, including placing orders for supplies and coordinating with superiors for approvals.
• Support for special events, like preparing meals and setting up for board or management meetings.
• General facility upkeep, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and functional, and reporting faults for timely repairs.
• Minimum of a high school certificate with proven literacy in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or canteen support roles
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols
• Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation
• Inventory and stock management skills
• Effective communication skills for reporting faults, placing orders, and coordinating with supervisors.
• Physical stamina and reliability, with the ability to perform cleaning and kitchen duties consistently
• Team-oriented attitude
