We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic General Manager to oversee and drive performance across our diverse group of companies, spanning civil engineering, construction, manufacturing, and retail. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with exceptional business acumen and the versatility to navigate and align operations across multiple industries. This role demands a visionary executive capable of fostering growth, optimizing efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams toward shared success.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, driving growth and profitability
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee the management team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful operations
• Foster a high-performance culture of innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
Qualifications and Experience
Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant equivalent
MBA or MBL
Executive leadership development training added an advantage
15–20 years in a senior management role, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.
Skills
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Experience in board-level roles or corporate governance is desirable
• Strong network and business development capabilities
